iPod Touch Rumors Are Soon To Be True
Aug 12th

As we all know there has been rumors spreading through out the internet a while back about Apple releasing a new iPod Touch which features a camera. We have all seen videos and pictures of one in Japan but weren’t sure if that was a real Apple prototype or just a modded iPod Touch fitted with a camera. It was to susceptible when video of the iPod Touch was posted online due to the “homebrew” looking iPod OS.
Recently more rumors about the new iPod Touch have made there ways onto the internet but this time they seem to be more true then fake. As you know Apple usually releases new major items during September of this year, as you know September is closing on us soon. With that the rumors seem to be rue that Apple is going to release a new model of the iPod Touch.
Enough with the rumor talk, the new fetuses this iPod is getting is the same features the new iPhone4 has with exceptions to making phone calls, text messaging, and that stupid attena problem. So what you will expect from the new iPod is front and rear facing cameras which seem to be the same as the one on the iPod Nano 5th gen., Facetime which will be added, and a high resolution Retina display same one found on the iPhone 4.
Cool thing is with all these new features Apple will not being jacking the prices of the iPod and will still being selling the new iPod Touches at the same price as the iPod Touch 3rd generations. With these rumors spreading around we are not sure to believe them or not. All we do is wait until Apple announces if the new iPod Touch is a no or a go.
VIDEO: iPhone 4 ‘Death Grip’ Exists in Canada
Aug 4th
Everyone has been making a big deal of the iPhone 4 Death Grip. The Death Grip is when you hold your iPhone 4 a certain way that causes severe antenna loss.
Unfortunately, the problem does exist in Canada as demonstrated in the video above. However… You will notice that even though the phone doe report signal loss with the grip, you could still make clear phone calls with it. Also, this was only happening in weak-signal environments such as a basement. In an average basement you would start off with 5 bars, and the phone would quickly demolish to 0 bars after 1 minute of the death grip.
In a stronger signaled environment, the bars only dropped to 3 with the death grip.
So if you haven’t taken advantage of Apple’s FREE case offer, you should right away. I ordered mine on July 30, 2010 and my case isn’t schedule to ship until September. Head to Apples Website for instructions on how to obtain your free case, it only took me a few seconds to order one.
For iPhone 4 purchases made before July 23, 2010, you must apply no later than August 22, 2010; otherwise, you must apply within 30 days of your iPhone 4 purchase. To qualify for this program, you must purchase your iPhone 4 by September 30, 2010.
Official: iPhone 4 Release Date in Canada on July 30th
Jul 16th
This morning Steve Jobs took the stage at their Cupertino headquarters to address the world about the issues surrounding the iPhone 4. Near the end of the presentation, Steve Jobs confirmed that the second wave of iPhone 4 launches will take place on July 30th–which includes Canada!
iPhone 4 Coming to Canada on July 30th–Confirmed
As we confirmed this July 30th date (this reaffirms that wireless carriers and dealers are always the last to know release dates), Apple also confirmed the white iPhone 4 will be coming at the end of July as well.

The big question remains whether or not Canadians will receive the second batch of iPhone 4 units that will have a fix to this antenna issue. Also, will Canada get a chance to pre-order the iPhone 4?
But in the meantime, Apple will be giving out free Bumper cases to all new iPhone 4 owners. This is not a permanent fix and doesn’t do anything really to the early iPhone 4 adopters in the USA, but it’s a start.
More to come as this story develops…

Apple: You’re holding it wrong!
Jul 6th
This was an article that I found when I was on digg.com.
Steve Jobs said that the reason the iPhone 4 had reception issues was because we were holding it wrong. I say to you Steve Jobs, nay nay!
